Contacting Us


The best way to contact the helpdesk is by using one of the forms on the Contact Us page. There are four forms:

General feedback - for your comments and suggestions

Census Data Amendments - for you to tell us about any errors you may have found in the transcribed Census data.

Account Queries - for queries relating to Credit/Debit Card or Voucher charges and Bulk Voucher purchase accounts.

Technical Support Request - for queries related to the technical operation of the service (see note below). Note: If you wish to contact us with regard to a technical problem, we will need the following information from you:

  • Session ID
  • Browser Version
  • Operating System - Type and Version
  • ISP: the company that you use to get you on-line.
